Estimated delivery time:

• 1–4 business days for ready-to-ship items
  
• 5–14 business days for made-to-order pieces
  

Some pieces are completed after your order is placed. If you’d like a more precise delivery estimate before purchasing, email us and we’ll respond within 24 hours.

Hand-to-hand delivery
All orders are delivered by hand. You must be present at the delivery address to receive your order. If delivery is missed, our team will contact you to reschedule.

Designer packaging
Each piece arrives in the original packaging of the designer you selected.

Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original designer packaging
  
• All boxes, pouches, and tags must be included
  

Returns process

• Email info@jools.ae with your order number
  
• Once approved, we arrange a hand-to-hand collection
  
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection
  

Exchanges

• Exchanges are offered as a JOOLS gift card equal to the purchase value
  
• Gift cards can be used on any item across the platform
  
• Exchanges are subject to inspection approval
