Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and happy with every piece you purchase from Jools. If something isn't quite right, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original designer packaging.
  • All protective materials (pouch, box, tags) must be included.
  • The item must pass our quality inspection upon return.

To request an exchange, please email us at info@jools.ae with your order number and reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.

Hand-to-Hand Collection

For your convenience and security, exchange items are collected by hand from your chosen address. You must be present to hand over the item to our delivery partner.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  1. We schedule a hand-to-hand collection.
  2. The item is inspected upon return.
  3. A Jools gift card equal to the original purchase amount is issued.
  4. The gift card can be used towards any item available on Jools.ae.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions above.
