Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and happy with every piece you purchase from Jools. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a smooth, secure return and exchange process.


Returns

Returns can be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original designer packaging
  • All protective materials (pouch, box, tags) must be included

To request a return, email us at info@jools.ae with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and arrange a collection.

Hand-to-Hand Collection

For your convenience and security, all return items are collected by hand.
You must be present at your chosen address to hand over the item to our delivery partner.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your piece:

  • We offer an exchange in the form of a Jools gift card equal to the original purchase amount
  • The gift card can be used to place a new order for any item on our platform
  • Exchanges depend on the item passing our quality inspection

To request an exchange, simply email us and we’ll guide you.

Hand-to-Hand Collection for Exchanges

Exchange items will also be collected from your location by hand.
We’ll notify you of the collection time in advance.


Return Process

Once your return or exchange request is approved:

  1. We schedule a hand-to-hand collection
  2. The item is inspected upon return
  3. Refunds (for eligible returns) are issued to the original payment method
  4. Gift cards for exchanges are issued after the item passes inspection

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.
