A word play on "jewels", Jools is a curated fine-jewelry platform featuring exceptional designers based in the UAE. We showcase 18K gold and above, diamonds, and precious gemstones crafted by talented local designers.

Every piece on Jools is made from 18k gold or higher, with natural diamonds and precious stones. We do not offer gold-plated, gold-filled, silver or vermeil pieces, only genuine fine jewelry.

Most diamonds featured on Jools are natural. If a piece contains lab-grown diamonds, this will be clearly stated on the product page. All diamonds are ethically sourced.

Each designer produces their jewelry independently, most pieces are crafted in the UAE or in trusted fine-jewelry workshops internationally.

Some items are ready to ship, while others are made-to-order. Please email us info@jools.ae about the items you're interested in and we will get back to you within 24 hours regarding shipping times.

Delivery times depend on the designer and the item:

• Ready-to-ship pieces: 1–4 days
• Made-to-order pieces: 5–14 days, depending on design complexity

We do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order.

We want you to feel confident and happy with every piece you purchase from Jools. If something isn't quite right, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original designer packaging.
• All protective materials (pouch, box, tags) must be included.
• The item must pass our quality inspection upon return.
