Every piece on Jools is made from 18k gold or higher, with natural diamonds and precious stones. We do not offer gold-plated, gold-filled, or vermeil pieces, only genuine fine jewelry.

Most diamonds featured on Jools are natural. If a piece contains lab-grown diamonds, this will be clearly stated on the product page. All diamonds are ethically sourced.

Each designer produces their jewelry independently, most pieces are crafted in the UAE or in trusted fine-jewelry workshops internationally.

Some items are ready to ship, while others are made-to-order. Please email us info@jools.ae about the items you're interested in and we will get back to you within 24 hours regarding shipping times.

Delivery times depend on the designer and the item:

• Ready-to-ship pieces: 1–4 days
• Made-to-order pieces: 5–14 days, depending on design complexity

Yes, returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order if the item is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original designer packaging.

Email info@jools.ae with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review and arrange a hand-to-hand collection from your location.

Yes. Exchanges are offered in the form of a Jools gift card equal to the original purchase amount. You can use the gift card to place a new order for any item on our platform.

All exchange items will also be collected from your location by hand.
