Hand-to-hand delivery
All orders are delivered by hand. You must be present at the delivery address to receive your order. If delivery is missed, our team will contact you to reschedule.

Designer packaging
Each piece arrives in the original packaging of the designer you selected.

Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original designer packaging
• All boxes, pouches, certificates, and tags must be included

Exchange Process

• Email info@jools.ae with your order number
• Once approved, we arrange a hand-to-hand collection
• After inspection, a JOOLS Gift Card equal to the purchase value will be issued for use on Jools.ae
