Is it free to join Jools?
Yes, it's free, there are no upfront or listing fees. We work on a commission basis, which is only applied when a sale is made.
How many pieces do I need to provide?
We accept between 5β30 pieces to launch your collection on Jools. All pieces must be 18k solid gold or higher and any gems used must be precious stones.
Who handles photography and marketing?
Jools invests in professional photoshoots, website integration, and digital marketing at no cost to you.
How and when do I get paid?
When an item sells, you provide the piece and payment is transferred to you within 15 days.
Do I have to take part in retail events?
No, retail experiences like pop-ups and exhibitions are completely optional. If you choose to join, you only pay your share of the rental, split evenly among participants.
